Currently the tower has 3 main rappelling stations, 8 different rock
climbing routes (including an adjustable layback)
ranging from beginner to advanced+ (which is about 5.6 to 5.13 in
the rating system), a 250 foot zip line, and 5 levels of decks!
We might be adding in more rappelling stations, more rock climbing routes, an indoor/outdoor cave/boulder, and possible extensions!
We plan on having a pavilion and shed attached and/or nearby the tower. We have a barn home built on the land.
Hopefully, within the next five to ten years there will be a total
of five houses for the Schram and Garcia Community!
