The main events on this video (Part 1) are Floor Exercise, Pommel Horse / Mushroom, and Still Rings. (Part 2 has the boys doing Vault, Parallel Bars, and Horizontal Bar as its main events for another one hour class). The class has boys ages five and up. Like any normal beginner boys class they have different degrees of talent, focus, dedication, and experience. This video includes the following: Arrival at the Entrance and Door Greeting, Warm Ups, Basic Floor Positions, Line Up in Order and Transition to Floor Stations, Do Floor Stations, Line Up in Order and Transition to Pommel Horse and Mushroom Stations, Do Pommel Horse and Mushroom Stations & Free Stations, Line Up in Order and Transition to Rings Stations, Do Rings Stations, Line Up in Order and Transition to Cooperative Ending Game Area, Do Cooperative Ending Game, Line Up in Order and Transition to and Do a Fun Cool Down, Line Up in Order and Transition to Exit and Dismissal.
